The inferior zinc plate often contains impurities such as iron, copper and lead, resulting in dark coating, slow deposition rate of the coating and mist phenomenon after passivation. It is recommended to use 0# standard zinc plate in potassium chloride galvanizing, and the quality of zinc plate shall not be lower than 1# zinc standard in GB470-64 standard.
