The company developed HL-931 alkaline medium and low cyanide concentration cyanide galvanizing brightener, which not only maintains the advantages of the original classic alkaline high cyanide galvanizing process; Besides, it has good process stability, dispersion ability and covering ability. Zinc layer crystal fine, white, small brittleness stress, good resistance to secondary processing; After plating, the passivation film is stable, good binding force and strong corrosion resistance, which is obviously higher than other types of galvanizing process.

Performance characteristics:

Brightener consumption and maintenance

Consumption of HL-931 brightening agent: 150 -- 180ml/KA.h

Note:

1. The addition amount of HL-931 brightener hanging plating and rolling plating is the same, that is, 150-180ml /KA.h; But because of rolling plating operation when the plating solution to take out a large amount of its supplement slightly higher.

2. Because the brightness and color of the coating are affected by foreign metal impurities, such as copper, lead, tin, cadmium, etc., it is recommended to add purification agent often, especially when adding the composition of the plating solution, it must be added.

3. The additive consumption is slightly higher at low M ratio and high temperature operation.

Plating solution preparation

The preparation of cyanide plating solution must follow the operation procedure of

using poison .

1. Pour the calculated amount of sodium hydroxide and sodium cyanide into the preparation tank, add 1/4 of the total volume of water, stir thoroughly to dissolve;

2. Adjust the calculated amount of zinc oxide into a paste, slowly add it into the hot bath under constant agitation, stir until it is completely dissolved;

3. Dilute to the total volume (then stir with water), add sodium sulfide 0.1-0.3g /L, stir for 10 minutes to allow it to fully react, remove metal impurities;

4. Add additives according to the instructions, stir thoroughly, use 0.5-1a /dm2 low current density electrolytic treatment for 3-4 hours, trial production can be put into production after qualified.
