Plating solution preparation

(1) First add water to the 1/4 tank, and then pour the calculated NaOH into it to completely dissolve.
(2) Mix the calculated amount of ZnO into a paste with a small amount of water, gradually add it to the NaOH solution under continuous stirring until it is completely dissolved, dilute to about 80% of the total volume, and add triethanolamine or EDTA (formulas 1 and 2).
(3) Add 1-2 g/L zinc powder, stir thoroughly, let stand, and filter.
(4) After a short period of electrolytic treatment, add a calculated amount of additive, add water to the specified volume, and stir slightly to conduct the experiment.
