Elements of electroplating
Apr 20, 2023
1. Cathode: The plated object refers to various connector terminals.
2. Anode: If it is a soluble anode, it is the desired metal plating. If it is an insoluble anode, most of it is precious metals (platinum, iridium oxide).
3. Electroplating solution: Electroplating solution containing metal ions to be plated.
4. Electroplating tank: A tank that can withstand and store electroplating solution, generally considering factors such as strength, corrosion resistance, and temperature resistance.
5. Rectifier: A device that provides direct current power.
Polishing → Polishing → Hanging → Degreasing and degreasing → Water washing → Electrolytic polishing or chemical polishing → Acid washing activation → Pre soaking → Electroplating → Water washing → Post treatment → Water washing → Drying → Hanging → Packaging inspection
The working conditions of electroplating refer to the operational changes during electroplating, including current density, temperature, stirring, and power waveform.
