Apr 19, 2023
According to relevant national management regulations, purchasing food additive calcium sulfate (edible gypsum) requires:
(1) Five complete certificates and a third-party inspection and supervision report should be obtained, and attention should be paid to whether the relevant certificates are subject to annual inspection.
(2) At the same time, the food packaging production certificate from the packaging bag manufacturer should be obtained.
(3) Obtain the factory inspection report for this batch of products. (Reminder: The maximum capacity for each batch is 25 tons, which means there must be a factory inspection report for every 25 tons)
(4) An invoice must be obtained. This is a food additive, and if there is a problem, criminal responsibility will be pursued. Invoices are a necessary requirement recognized by national laws.
(5) If necessary, the factory can be required to provide necessary food quality and safety commitments and on-site inspection services.
